Yes! Our retainers are flexible, and you can increase your hours at any time to match your business needs. If you need to make adjustments, we’re happy to discuss options.
Our retainers are designed for ongoing business support, with a minimum 12-month term. We offer flexible solutions, so get in touch to find the right package for you.
PAYG hours must be used within 6 months of the purchase date. Unused time cannot be carried forward beyond that period. *Only 2 packages may be purchased in any 12-month period.
No, while highly effective, payment depends on debtor cooperation. If further action is needed, we offer formal debt recovery services.
Many of our clients come through recommendations. If you refer another business that signs up for a monthly retainer, you’ll receive £50 off your next month’s payment as a thank-you for spreading the word (there’s no limit to how many referrals you can make).
