We will discuss your situation, understand what you need support with, and provide clear, practical advice on your next steps. If further work is required, we will explain your options and agree everything with you before proceeding.
If payment is not received, we can advise you on the next steps, including formal debt recovery options. You remain in control of how far you wish to take the matter, and we will guide you through the process clearly.
Our pay-as-you-go package provides 3 hours of legal support that you can use as needed over a 6-month period. This gives you flexibility to access advice, document reviews or guidance when issues arise, without committing to ongoing support.
Once your hours have been used, you can choose whether to purchase further support depending on your needs.
Where businesses require more regular input, we will discuss whether a different level of support would be more suitable and cost-effective.
To ensure we can provide consistent, high-quality support to all clients, a maximum of two pay-as-you-go packages can be purchased within any 6-month period.
PAYG hours must be used within 6 months of the purchase date. Unused time cannot be carried forward beyond that period. *Only 2 packages may be purchased in any 12-month period.
Many of our clients come through recommendations. If you refer another business that signs up for a monthly retainer, you’ll receive £50 off your next month’s payment as a thank-you for spreading the word (there’s no limit to how many referrals you can make).
